Candy for the eyes!

Pretty sweet review!

Listen, you may not know a lot about skateboarding but I'll tell you what you need to know about it for now: Most of the skater on this planet agrees to say that Fully Flared was one of the best skate video ever done. One hour and a half of pure skate. Then, what happen when, Girl, Chocolate and Lakai get back together to shoot another epic movie? Pretty sweet happens!

I never thought I would find any skatevideos review on earth, but this guy does it, and his does it well! worth listing. He knows what he is talking about and I like that. It is not some random reporter that was asked to write on this just because the newspaper need to say something about it , nah it's a passionate and acknowledgable guy!

I would have liked a bit more the review if he could have talked more about the places where the film was shot and maybe what is to be improve but still, pretty sweet.

My favorite thing about this video is that the premiere was 2 weeks ago now and it was in Montreal! Yeah!

That's all!
the video isn't "free" yet so I can't show you what I looks like but take a look a the intro from Fully Flare and get the feel!

Public enemy in MTL!!

Review of The show

I never thought that once in my life I would be able to see public enemy for real doing what they do best! I mean, as Sylvie Remillard says, they are old. I agree on most of the point she raised but one; the crowd got lifted by them, yes, but not because of the incredible sound or anything, more because they mixed up a couple of their song to make them kind of sing-a-long or When-I-say-yeah-you-say... so I guess you get the point. Out of that the show was incredible and pretty cheap for the lenght: 12 bucks for 2 hours is not bad at all! Public Enemy number one in MTL ;)

Rising above the great

The Dark Knight Rises!

This is what IMDB's users think of the movie

I agree! this movie was thrilling and even though many complained about the violence contained in it, I think this is just what made this movie more grappling. A 10 on 10 may be a bit exagerated considering the fact that this movie may not reach the tittle of "Chef-d'oeuvre" but I haven't seen a movie this good since a long time!

I recommand it, perfect conclusion to a trilogy! I still wonder how he survived at the end ( sorry for the spoiler!).

Menace de mort

Death Penalty accorded to a Lyrical sword!

Unfortunatly, I didn't find any critics of the last album of Youssoupha "Noir D****" but I found a mark on 2kmusic of 9 stars on 10 for the master of french! Since you may not know this lyrical genius that is Youssoupha, I'll present it to you! 4 album signed, about 50 million views on Youtube and a couple of critics towards his political position. This big tall black man is often associated with the typical ganster rap du to his appearence but in fact, he fights against the "street life" and never blocked himself from saying his opinion on some government policies, which gave him some visit to the judge.

In his last album that appeared last January, Youssoupha starts with a song on which he does a count down of all the sentences given to french rappers after certain politician decided that their lyrical sword transpierced the wrong guy. I particularly love this song because it feels like a challenge thrown at the politician to see if they will react. Youssoupha has prepared his shot because if the politicians accuses the french rapper of anything, crowds will surely go down in the street since he denounces the lack of liberty of expression impose to rapper!

The rest of the album is good too, song that sticks you in the head and some twisted sentences that shows that the guy deserve his place.

Therefore, I totally agree with the 9 stars of 2k music and if you are willing, here's two songs that are worth listen:

Menace de mort- Youssoupha
Apprentissage- Youssoupha and others

Unexpected Guest brings Electric feel

Tip of the day: Never read a review of something you like.

Rolling stone review

This is what I read! very short and a bit ambiguous at the beginning but after 5 lines, I get it; they didn't like. Of what I saw they judge the album Mondo of Electric Guest by their first song! As if this had been enough to disgust them to a point where they can't listen to the whole album. Fair enough, The rolling stone had his good time. It's gone now. Last February 16th they had Justin Bieber as cover page of their so-reknown magasine. How can you judge an outcoming group that is doing something a bit more in the wave of great group like Gnarls Barkley or MGMT when you idolize a 18 yo boy that just bring the 90's fashion of boys band...alone! I'm mad I won't lie and kind of happy that they wrote a short critic that stop at one song because Pitchfork, a Musical critic website, took their time to diss the whole album song by song.

What I propose: Go take a look at the critics

And then go listen to Awake, a song from mondo

Pandora's box is open

Pandora's box is open
Chris Watters wrote a accurate review about this thrilling and immersive game. 8.5 on 10! well that's a good mark but seriously it relatively deserve better. I mean, I can count the good games I played this year on a console. Nowadays' game are well thought but the potencial is not exploited to his maximum. He also raises the point that the game has a lot of good mission, secondary or main, and I totally agree on this but it would have be nice to see the consequences of our action a bit more like in Fallout: New Vegas . Long story short; great game, Watters knows what he's talking about.
Video Vesion of Chris Watters' review on Borderland 2

Before I forget, Videogame is a new art that has not completely developed his language yet so keep working on this!
